Jumpstart

This 4-week laser focused program is for the woman who is ready to take action; but, just needs a little direction to get started.  Each week will focus on the four pillars of mindset, healthy eating, fitness and how to build lifelong habits that will prevent diabetes. 

Jumpstart 2.0

This program is for the woman who is ready to take action; but, prefers a more personalized expeirence. Jumpstart 2.0 includes all of the components of the original program; but, also includes four 1:1 coaching sessions, along with other diabetes prevention and wellness enhancements that will help to map out your journey. 

T2 Transformation

The Detour from Diabetes T2 Transformation is a 12 week comprehensive diabetes program that includes weekly coaching sessions based on the CDC nationally recognized Lifestyle Change Curriculum. Weekly workbooks with small action steps to help you reach your goals, mindset exercises, recipe guides, tracking logs, meal planning resources and much more. 

Who This Is For?

You Want This! Your life depends on you making the necessary changes to prevent or reverse diabetes. 

You want to work with someone that's been where you are and has successfully reversed their prediabetes diagnosis. 

You want someone who keeps their word and holds you to yours. 

Who This Not For?

Are you looking for a quick fix and aren't willing to put in the work to transform your life? Then we probably wouldn't work well together. 

My programs include daily, actionable steps to keep you focused and on the path to success. But, you have to put in the work.

Time Frame.

90 days. 

Why 90 days? A1C levels measure your blood glucose levels for the previous 3 months. The proof is in the pudding. We look at your A1C at the start of the program and after 90 days.
